Real systems. Real outcomes.

Two client builds — what was broken, what we shipped, and what changed after.

Automated email blasts without losing the personal touch.

The Problem

Outreach at Rapid Product Creations ran on copy-paste: emails sent one by one, bounces tracked by eye, and contact lists edited by hand. Every campaign was an afternoon of admin, and every bounce that slipped through degraded the next send.

What Was Built

  • Email blast automation. Bulk campaigns to the full contact list, triggered manually or on a schedule via Make.com.
  • Bounce removal and logging. Bounced addresses are detected from campaign results, removed from the live Google Sheet, and logged to a separate sheet for review — no more manual list hygiene.
  • WordPress site upgrade. The existing WordPress site was modernized and brought up to current standards alongside the automation work.

A lead engine that responds in sixty seconds.

Childcare · Solo operator

The Problem

Cultural Care Au Pair had no digital presence and no structured way to attract host families. Outreach relied on manual contact and occasional social posts — no website, no lead capture, no follow-up system. Every family that didn't respond the same day was effectively lost.

What Was Built

  1. 01Personal website. A public five-page site (Home, About, Au Pairs, FAQ, Testimonials) built on Next.js and Tailwind, with content served dynamically from Supabase and deployed to Vercel.

    Next.jsSupabaseVercel
  2. 02Lead capture. A contact form captures interested families directly on the site. Leads store in Supabase behind Row Level Security, with a TCPA-compliant consent checkbox on submit.

  3. 03Automated lead nurture. Every submission triggers an SMS + email within 60 seconds. A multi-touch follow-up sequence runs via Make.com, with Claude generating personalized responses — SMS through Twilio, email through Resend.

  4. 04SEO setup. Every public page ships with a unique title, meta description, and OG tags generated from database content — including an og:image tied to the coordinator profile.

    Next.js generateMetadata
  5. 05Google Business profile. A Google Business profile was set up to establish local search presence and surface the coordinator in Maps results.

  6. 06Lead dashboard (currently in development). An internal dashboard to view, filter, and manage the incoming lead pipeline — in progress as of launch.
